1. Introduction

Welcome to Orbit Social ("Orbit", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbit Social LLC-FZ platform (the "Platform").

By using Orbit, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must meet legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.

• Users aged 18 and over may access all features
• Users under 18 may only access designated features

Orbit is entitled to rely on the assumption that any minor using the Platform has obtained valid parental or guardian consent where required.

Orbit reserves the right to request identity, age, or consent verification at any time.

3. Nature of the Platform

Orbit enables users to connect for social, dating, professional, and community purposes.

Orbit facilitates introductions only and does not guarantee any outcomes, results, or success of any kind.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain account security.

• You are responsible for your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. User Conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Engage in scams or request money
• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload harmful software
• Engage in hate speech or unlawful conduct

Private Messaging: Users agree not to (attempt to) private message other users unless:

• They're sharing or have recently shared an Orbit event
• They're a premium user and utilising the message request feature

6. Professional and Third-Party Disclaimer

• Orbit is not a recruiter, broker, agent, employer, or contracting party
• Orbit does not verify all users, listings, opportunities, or third-party services
• Orbit is not responsible for third-party services, links, listings, or interactions
• All interactions, transactions, and decisions are at your own risk

7. Off-Platform Conduct

Orbit is not responsible or liable for any activity, communication, meeting, transaction, or event occurring outside the Platform, even if initiated through it.

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Orbit may monitor and moderate content through:

• Automated systems (including AI tools)
• Human moderation
• User reports

Orbit may take enforcement action including:

• Removal of content
• Warnings
• Restrictions
• Suspension
• Permanent bans
• Reporting to authorities

Less severe violations may result in warnings (up to three), while serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

9. User Content License

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Orbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, modify, and process such content for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the Platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Orbit processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Users may have rights to:

• Access their personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent

11. Safety Disclaimer

Orbit does not conduct routine background checks.

Users should be aware that other users may misrepresent their identity or intentions.

Users interact at their own risk.

Orbit does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.

The Platform, or any feature within it, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

14. Termination

Orbit may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Safety or security concerns
• Violation of policies or applicable law

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ends immediately
• Orbit shall not be liable for any losses arising from termination

15. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Orbit Social LLC-FZ or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit shall not be liable for:

• User conduct or third-party actions
• Off-platform events
• Business, financial, or personal losses
• Failed connections or transactions
• Platform downtime or technical issues

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

17. Force Majeure

Orbit shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai.

Where required by law, users may have rights to resolve disputes in their local jurisdiction.

19. Changes to Terms

Orbit may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
